During the period from 01/07/20178 to 25/08/2018 are possible only weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday.
During the period of Christmas and Easter are possible stays of minimum 3 nights.
For the rest of the year are possible stays of minimum 2 nights.
Included in the price:
– alloggio accomodation
– satellit TV
– water consumption, electricity, air conditioning (heating in the winter)
– use of bicycles
– providing of bed linen and towels
– weekly cleaning for stays longer then 7 days
– concierge available for the entire stay
– use of sofa bed for maximum of 2 persons – to be comunicated before the arrival
– baby camping cot + high chair table ( 1- 3 years ) – to be comunicated before the arrival
– final cleaning
– animals ( only small size cats and dogs) – to be comunicated before the arrival
– internet wireless access in the apartment, in the garden and around the swimming pool
Excluded from the price:
– tax for tourist stay of € 1,00 per day per person (over 14 years) for the first 7 days in Grosseto’s municipal area (for the period of 15/03/2018 – 15/10/2018)
– deposit of € 250,00 for each apartment, to be paid at the arrival and will be returned at the check-out, after to verification of the condition of the property and if the same as at the arrival
Confirmation of the booking is made in the moment of receiving the confirmation of payment of 30% of the balance by bank transfer. The client receives the voucher with the exact address of the apartment, the period of stay, the reference numbers. The clients also receives this present file containing the contractual conditions of stay. The price must be fully paid before the keys are handed over: 30% will be paid as a deposit at the time of booking, the balance will be due within 10 days from the date of arrival by bank transfer or upon arrival with a credit card or debit card . PAYMENT IN CASH IS ONLY PERMITTED IN THE CASE OF AMOUNTS LESS THAN € 1000 AND NOTIFYING THE BOOKING OFFICE BEFORE ARRIVAL.
1 – ARRIVAL
The arrival must take place on the agreed day, between 4.00 pm and 6.00 pm at Villa San Giuliano, Via dei Cipressi 153, Roselle Terme (Grosseto), 58100, Italy. One of our representatives will be at your disposal for the reception and delivery / collection of the keys of the apartment assigned to you. IN CASE OF DELAY PLEASE INFORM Catalina +39 3343076623 or Zuzana +39 3469677298 to avoid the risk of taking possession of the house the day after. Upon arrival, the identity documents of the occupants (if not sent previously) and the voucher attached to the email confirming the booking must be shown for registration verification. If payment of the balance by bank transfer has not been made before the arrival (it is meant the remaining 70% since 30% is necessary to confirm the reservation), this must be paid upon delivery of the keys with the credit card or debit card or as in the point 0.
2 – CANCELLATION / CANCELLATION POLICY
In case the customer is has to cancel the reservation he / she must give notice to the office tel. +39 0564455970 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:00 or from 15:00 to 19:00 or write to the e-mail address email@example.com If the reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the start of the stay, the entire deposit already paid will be refunded, without penalty. If the reservation is canceled from 60 days up to 10 days before the beginning of the stay, the deposit paid will no longer be refunded, thus paying at least 30% of the cost of the stay, as a penalty. If the reservation will be canceled from 10 days from the beginning of your stay to the day of arrival or the customer does not show up, will not have refunds, the penalty is 100% of the cost of stay. The property undertakes to reimburse the entire penalty to the client if possible book again the accommodation for the period canceled and on the same conditions.
3 – RULES OF STAY
It is forbidden to host more people than allowed by the number of beds indicated in the contract. In this regard, children are considered as adults. Use of the sofa bed is possible for a maximum of 2 people and without additional costs. It is possible to reserve the camping cot, without additional costs, on request and availability check. The use of own electric stoves or cookers is not permitted. All guests are required to respect the rules of each house and to scrupulously observe the common rules relating to quiet, especially in the afternoon and night hours.
4 – EQUIPMENT OF THE APARTMENTS
All our apartments are fully furnished and equipped with electric or gas stove, hot and cold running water, electricity , washing machine and TV. For each bed are available nr. 01 Blanket and nr. 01 Bedspread. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. The Customer must check the status of the equipment carefully and communicate any discrepancy to the representatives within 24 hours after the keys are handed over.
5 – DEPARTURE
The apartment must be left from 08.00 am and NOT AFTER 10:00 am of the established day unless otherwise agreed with the person in charge for the reception. The client must communicate the departure time ONE DAY BEFORE. In case of early departure, the management reserves the right to retain the security deposit referred to in the next point and then send it back by post (the costs will be borne by the client), once the necessary checks have been carried out. THE APARTMENT MUST BE LEFT ORDERED, FREE FROM GARBAGE, THE KITCHEN AND WASHING DISHES MUST BE CLEAN AND THE REFRIGERATOR EMPTY AND DEFROST.
6 – SECURITY DEPOSIT
In the moment of the check in, when the keys are handed over, must be paid left for each reserved apartment a security deposit of € 250.00 which will be returned on the day of departure after routine checks. In case there is damage to the equipment of the apartment or its bad use or if the point 5 has not been respected, the Management reserves the right to retain the security or a part of it as compensation.
7 – ANIMALS
Small and medium-sized dogs and cats are accepted without additional costs.
